Your responsibilities:
- Analyse client business processes, needs and requirements,
- Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications,
- Act as a point of contact for a client-specific software solution, both internally and externally,
- Work closely with development teams to design and deliver effective solutions,
- Support project implementation from planning through to delivery,
- Coordinate topics related to client systems, interfaces and data integration,
- Prepare technical documentation, training materials and client updates,
- Participate in regular client meetings and support ongoing service quality.
Our requirements:
- Experience in business analysis, technical consulting, software implementation, application support or a similar role,
- Strong technical understanding of software, systems and data,
- Ability to analyse complex business processes and document requirements in a structured way,
- Fluency in English and German (min. B2) – both spoken and written,
- Knowledge of databases, e.g. SQL,
- Experience with interfaces or data integration would be an advantage,
- Confidence working with modern software tools,
- Strong communication skills and client-oriented mindset,
- Independent, structured and solution-focused working style.
Nice to have:
- Degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Data Science, Information Systems or a related field,
- Experience in project-based work, ideally in an IT or software environment,
- Previous experience working with dedicated or customized software solutions.
