Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support via a dedicated helpdesk for development teams on the Global Private Cloud infrastructure,
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA),
- Collaborate with developers to deploy and manage code changes (DevOps),
- Develop tools to manage the platform using various programming languages,
- Release development and testing environments to development teams,
- Monitor and assess the health of the platform.
Requirements:
- Completed higher education (or in the final semester),
- Very good spoken and written English (minimum B2),
- Familiarity with Windows or Linux network operating systems,
- At least one year of experience delivering excellent client service in a customer service role,
- Experience in scripting,
- Ability to learn new programming languages quickly,
- Curiosity about the inner workings of an international private cloud platform supporting thousands of users,
- Interest in learning and troubleshooting application defects and design principles,
- Strong problem-solving skills,
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

What does our recruitment process look like?
The recruitment process consists of several stages that allow us to get a better idea of your skills and fit with the team:
- Maths and logic test in English.
- Online recruitment interview in 3 stages – HR and 2 technical which will take 3 hours.
- Meeting in the company in Wrocław – direct interview with the Manager.
Each stage will give you a better understanding of our expectations and us of your skills. And after each of them you will receive feedback from us.
